Packages shipped from our warehouse are shipped through FedEx, UPS, USPS.

Orders are missing products or change shipping addresses. We will process takes 2-3 business days

What shipping methods do you offer?

We are partnered with USPS & FedEx, UPS on all of our products. Shipping prices differ based on the shipping location. All orders ship from Hackettstown, NJ.

These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Expected Shipment Date

The product is expected to ship within 5-7 business days.

(Note that our International fulfillment centers do not ship during weekends or holidays)

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
